Foshan Linklong Technology Company Limited surface air cooler adopts high-quality copper tube (or stainless steel tube) and aluminum sheet (or stainless steel sheet, copper sheet) precision pairing, through advanced mechanical expansion method to make the tube and fin closely connected to ensure maximum heat transfer efficiency. The tubes are arranged in a staggered manner, and the sinusoidal corrugated design of the fins reduces the resistance and improves the smoothness of the fluid, so as to ensure the coil has high efficiency heat transfer performance. Before shipment, all coils were tested for leakage at 3.5Mp pressure, and the products were shipped only after passing the inspection.
Working Principle of Air Cooler
The working principle of the tube surface air cooler is that the heat medium or refrigerant or refrigerant flows through the inner cavity of the metal pipe, but the air that needs to be treated flows through the outer wall of the metal pipe for heat exchange to achieve the purpose of heating or cooling the air.
