Dry cooler, also known as dry air cooler, dry cooling coil is a device used to cool high-temperature fluids to low temperatures. It works by using air or other gases to pass through a thermal insulation layer to separate the hot fluid from an external heat source or another hot fluid, thereby cooling the hot fluid.
In industrial applications, dry coolers are widely used in chemical, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries. It can not only be used to cool high-temperature fluids to low temperatures, but can also be used to heat and heat liquids and gases.
Advantages of dry coolers include:
1. Dry coolers do not require water or other liquids for cooling, so they do not produce any waste water or exhaust gas and are environmentally friendly.
2. Dry condensers can be used in a variety of temperature and pressure conditions because they are not affected by the boiling point of the liquid or the pressure of the gas.
3. Dry coils can handle many different fluids because they do not require mixing or chemical reactions with other substances.
4. Dry cooler coils can quickly cool high-temperature fluids to low temperatures because they take advantage of the rapid thermal conductivity of air or other gases.
5. Dry condenser coils can reduce the size and weight of equipment because they do not require water or other liquids for cooling.
Features of dry air cooler:
1. Adopt a new design V-shaped fin heat exchanger, which conforms to air flow and provides more sufficient heat exchange.
2. Efficient and compact fork-shaped fin design and wavy fins effectively improve heat exchange efficiency.
3. Optional high-quality internally threaded copper tubes have a larger heat transfer area on the refrigerant side and a higher heat transfer coefficient.
4. Optimized circuit design enables full heat exchange of refrigerant and more stable machine operation.
5. Galvanized steel plate with outdoor special spray coating, stainless steel bolts, more resistant to rust and corrosion.
6. Optimize the V-shaped angle and embed triangular structural characteristics to effectively improve the overall structural strength of the equipment.
7. An external metal cover is added to effectively avoid the risk of surface damage to the heat exchanger and ensure the safety of the equipment during transportation and installation.
