Main features:
Compatible with Steam, Overheat Steam and Overpressure Steam;
Supports customization to respond different requirements;
Available in a variety of tube diameters and thicknesses;
Fins are available in a variety of materials to meet all thermodynamic and product needs;
Availability of high efficiency fins to increase the thermal exchange while maintaining the size of the steam coils heat exchanger compact;
Various materials available for the frame, including galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless and copper.
Basic information about finned titanium tube condenser coil:
Frame materials: galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless and copper.
Tube materials: plain pipe, internally threaded pipe, stainless steel pipe, titanium pipe, copper pipe, nickel copper pipe.
Fin material: hydrophilic aluminum foil, light aluminum foil, epoxy resin aluminum foil, copper foil, stainless steel sheet.
Tube diameters: 7.94mm, 9.52mm, 12.7mm, 15.88mm, 16mm, 25mm etc.
Fins: shutter fins, flat fins, corrugated fins, pitted fins
Fin spacing: customization
Hole spacing: customization
Length: customized according to customer needs.
Leakage test: No leakage under air pressure test.
