Working Principle of Air Cooler
The working principle of the tube surface air cooler is that the heat medium or refrigerant or refrigerant flows through the inner cavity of the metal pipe, but the air that needs to be treated flows through the outer wall of the metal pipe for heat exchange to achieve the purpose of heating or cooling the air.

In addition, in the process of oil recovery, the surface cooler can also be used in the condensation tank to condense and recover natural gas.

In the chemical production process, high-temperature and high-pressure gas is also a common substance, such as high-pressure boilers, fuel cells, etc. Surface coolers can be used to control gas flow and temperature to ensure the stability and safety of chemical reactions.
3. Laboratory
Surface cooled heat interchangers are also widely used in laboratories. For example, it can be used to cool reactants or products in organic chemistry experiments and control the reaction rate; or it can be used to cool excitation light sources in spectral analysis.

Installation and use of stainless steel fin surface cooler
1. The tube-fin surface cooler should be equipped with a special support, and it is not allowed to use the connecting pipe to support the surface cooler.
2. The water supply and return pipes of stainless steel aluminum foil surface coolers should have good insulation measures to reduce heat loss or avoid pipe frosting.
3. The highest point of the cold and hot water pipes should be equipped with an exhaust point, and the lowest point should be equipped with a drain pipe. When the waste heat recovery device is not used in winter, the remaining water should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking the copper pipe.
4. The hot and cold water used for the water-cooled surface cooler is not allowed to have sand, rust, fiber and other impurities.
